I find these pastilles - sort of like a cough drop and a gummie mixed - are the best elderberry zinc for me. Gummies with zinc tend to dry out quickly and cough drops with zinc tend to dry out the mouth and throat. I used to be able to find at my co-op, but they stopped stocking the pastilles.
