The flavor is very pleasant I find it a cross ...The flavor is very pleasant I find it a cross between grape and blackberry and I haven t been sick since I started taking one every other day. The only oddity I have found with them is that they alter my taste for about half an hour after finishing one. Foods and drinks taste off until that half an hour has passed, but it s worth it to keep away the nasty cold and flu bugs.
